The entrance towards the "Stekerij". No brewery here.
Blending and bottling Lambic from different ages to produce Gueuze
is the main activity. |

At De Cam, the wooden barrels are imported from the Czech brewery
Urquell |

In front some informative pictures about the "Geuzestekerij
De Cam" |

Nice Gueuze/Lambic breweriana. On top you can see the complete
De Cam beerchoice. |

Karel Goddeau giving great info. |

All done with great enthusiasm towards that spontaneous fermented
beer called Lambic. |

The Urquell barrels again containing some Lambic Boon and Lambic
Girardin. |

Time for some great tastings. The big glass container contained
some nice artisanal red colored De Cam Kriekenlambic. Just look at
that color people !! |

I ordered some draught Lambic De Cam |

Pouring out was done through this magnificent antique handpump. |

The wall was decorated with old Gueuze/Lambic breweriana. |

A shot towards the bar. On the left the two handpumps. In the
back, hanging on the wall some great antique Gueuze/Lambic breweriana. |

It was a nice sunny and warm springtime day. Very well succeeded
